Valencia Educational Consulting provides educational planning and admissions guidance for military-connected students and families. We do not provide legal, financial, military benefits, Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, tax, or financial aid advising.
We do not determine eligibility for GI Bill benefits, VA education benefits, Tuition Assistance, Yellow Ribbon benefits, scholarships, residency status, transfer credits, military education benefits, institutional aid, or financial aid.
Clients are responsible for confirming all benefit eligibility, application requirements, deadlines, residency rules, transfer-credit decisions, and financial implications directly with the appropriate government agency, school certifying official, financial aid office, military education office, Veterans Affairs office, Department of Defense resource, or qualified professional.
College admissions decisions are made solely by colleges, universities, scholarship committees, and related institutions. Valencia Educational Consulting does not control and cannot guarantee admissions results, scholarship awards, financial aid decisions, benefit eligibility, academic placement, transfer-credit acceptance, residency classification, or other outcomes.

Many of our services involve students who are minors. By engaging Valencia Educational Consulting for a minor student, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have authority to provide information about the student and to consent to the student’s participation in our services.

Valencia Educational Consulting may provide brainstorming support, editing guidance, organizational feedback, and writing coaching. The student’s work must remain the student’s own.
We do not write essays, fabricate experiences, falsify credentials, misrepresent achievements, or submit misleading information on behalf of students.
Fees, payment terms, package details, consultation rates, and refund policies may be provided separately in a written agreement, invoice, proposal, or service package description.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are due according to the terms provided at the time of purchase or engagement. Failure to pay may result in delayed or suspended services.
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by the applicable written agreement or policy provided at the time of booking or purchase.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled meetings on time. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, they should provide reasonable notice.
